Farmers Market: Chef Brock’s Gourmet Sliders Featured at the Yamashiro Grill

Thanks to all the support for our tacos from previous Farmers Market seasons we were able to give our tacos a permanent home at Komida this past November. So this year we’re introducing a brand new menu for our Yamashiro Grill. Chef Brock has created a line-up of gourmet sliders influenced by our very own dining menu based off our Short Rib, Jidori Chicken and Kurobuta Pork Carnitas dishes. He’s also debuting a Crab Slider for all you seafood lovers out there. Top off your slider with a selection of homemade pickled items made with Brock’s personal recipes. Each slider will be $3 and served with homemade potato chips. We can’t wait to serve these up on April 5th! See you there!
